Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Ninety-Day Jobs (the "Service"), operated by Evan Burgei (the "Operator") via ninetydayjobsjobsearch.com (the "Site"). By buying a pass or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The product

The Service is a set of web-based tools to support an active job search. It is sold as a single, time-limited "pass" — 90 days of full access, with optional 30-day extensions. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no card kept on file.

2. Your pass

Each pass is personal. Don't share your login. The pass is valid for 90 days from purchase, followed by a 10-day read-only grace window during which you can export your data and, if you choose, buy an extension. After the grace window, write access is locked but export remains open.

3. Payment and refunds

All payments are one-time and processed via Stripe. You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, no questions asked. Email the Operator; your pass will be revoked and the refund issued. After day 7 the product has been materially used and no refunds are available.

4. Referral program

Every paid pass generates a referral code. Sharing the code with someone who buys a pass earns the referrer $10, paid after a 10-day hold window (covering the refund period plus processing time). Five cleared referrals earns an additional $50 bonus. Self-referrals, domain-matched referrals, and any activity flagged as fraudulent will be excluded at the Operator's discretion. Payouts are made manually via Venmo or PayPal at launch.

5. AI-assisted features

Some features call the Anthropic Claude API to parse uploaded documents or generate draft content. Uploaded content is sent to Anthropic for processing per their terms. No user content is used to train any model. Each pass includes an invisible dollar-denominated AI usage budget; in the rare case you exhaust it, the Operator will be notified and will top it up at no additional cost.

6. Your data

You own what you put into the Service. We store library entries, resumes, and related content to operate the Service; see the Privacy Policy for specifics. Export is always available, including after your pass expires.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to send harassing content, impersonate others, attempt to break it, reverse-engineer it for competing products, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations; in that case we refund any unused portion of your pass pro-rata.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Operator's total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active pass holders at least 30 days before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts in Hamilton County, Ohio.
